Caramel Apple Cupcakes--Fall's New Cupcake Trend

Summer is so last week. How do I know? Because temperatures are cooling, Rachel Zoe is lit'rally at NY Fashion Week as we speak, and the autumnal cupcakes are coming out of the woodwork.
