Friday Fun Find: Rockabye Baby!

When is the last time you heard a lullaby? And no, the sound of New York City/D.C./LA traffic doesn’t count. Douche.

For me, it was yesterday. And then before yesterday, it was the day before that. And so on. Do I have a baby that I’ve neglected to tell you about up to this point? Hahahahahahahaha!! Me, as a mom?! Hi, have we met? I’m selfish and this is Kyle.

Nope, no baby on board. Just rocking out to the lullaby rendition of Kanye West’s “Gold Digger” and head banging to the lullaby version of Nirvana’s “Smells Like Teen Spirit.” Stay with me now.

Rockabye Baby is a music label that takes all your rock, heavy metal, hip-hop, and punk favorites and boils them down into soothing and sweet lullabies! So now, even your infant can be cool. And while I’m sure many a baby will doze off to the Land of Nod, it also makes a fantastic Spotify playlist for the working adult. I don’t know about you, but I’m not sure I can get away with blasting Axl Rose’s wails of...
