Top Heavy

I'm just gonna say this: I think this is the year of the blouse. I don't know what it is with me and tops these days, but I think it's safe to say I am obsessedicals. Everything from pastels, to polka dots, to stripes, to rhinestones has me in fits of girlish delight! Here are a few I'm keeping my eye on right now.
